Suspicious Blocks Should Spawn on the Surface above Buried Treasure

To reduce frustration when locating Buried Treasure, my suggestion would be to spawn Suspicious Sand or Suspicious Gravel above the Buried Treasure. For example, if you obtain a Map that locates the Chest below Sand or surrounded by Sand, Suspicious Sand would spawn at the surface block above the Buried Treasure.

Perhaps to still retain some difficulty, Suspicious Sand or Suspicious Gravel would spawn around the initial surface block to mask where the Buried Treasure is actually located.
