Give Copper Bulbs 1 tick delay

The bulb was perfect as is. The incredible things that can be made, and all the things yet to be discovered with a 1 tick copper bulb will all be lost. Minecraft needs this. It needs the 1 tick copper bulb. Please don't take that away from java.

    Whilst I do think its good to have a 1 tick delay block, I do believe that copper bulbs are meant to fill a different purpose (as being copper but with light). Maybe instead of fighting for an extra usage for a block, we could ask for a brand new block that fulfils this purpose, making it have it's own identity.

    The Idea of a new block is good but why not two in one it’s so easy and would make so many happy because you do not only need a block that is one tick but also a block that has light an example is mambos wave board things like that would go and I don’t like the changes that you made mojang so why not reverse it?
