Add an option to command blocks to allow them to use the /tick command

I am currently making a little parkour map  and added a room where you can use command blocks to change the tick rates, but sadly I found out later that doesn't work. It would be cool to see an option to enable the /tick command for maps like this.

    I agree 100% with this, this command should be usable by command blocks to simplify its usages.

    I agree with that. I'm making a note block map, but I can't use the /tick command in the command block, so I'm having trouble making the map. It's hard to implement bpm, triplets!!

    At least in a single world, the /tick command should be available in the command block
