More structures in the end

Maybe something like a bastion crossed with a village but in end type blocks that could contain a new type of mob

    Something I personally always thought would be fun would be seeing blocks from the overworld and nether in attempts to recreate structures (which would be epic with some end blocks mashed in). The idea being that Endermen steal blocks from other dimensions and use them to either recreate observed structures or attempt to build more end cities. Probably to lore suggestive for Mojang to consider, though it only explains why endermen will pick up and move blocks.
