Crafter

Make the crafter much faster than the other redstone teams, instead of 1tick redstone:2tick being 1TR:1T

    This means fundamentally changing how Redstone itself works. 1RT=2T. Though I do think changing the crafter to being 1 game tick would be the best option (with 0 ticks being fairly op)
