put minecart, invis bubble colum back to how they were

in 1.20 minecart interactions with invis bubble colums changed, completely breaking my roller coaster ride I worked weeks on. Now while I was going to make a fun rail line between my friends bade and mine I notice you don't get any push up from them at all. this really really sucks. this is the second ride that has been broken thanks to updates. stop removing the fun stuff from bedrock yet leaving game breaking bugs like tnt duping and nether roof building on java. we already know java I'd the favorite child, yous don't need to punish you bedrock community even more. as you can tell this has really really annoyed me. it was a fun mechanic, took time, effort, and resources just to get completely destroyed so thanks for that
