It's not new to know that Minecraft Bedrock does not have the best optimization for controller or mobile players so I have some solutions for that including some must video settings:
V I D E O S E T T I N G S
Auto Focus: Autofocus allows the player's POV to focus on where their cursor is pointing after a few minutes. It needs to let us customize the blur and focus strength.
Graphic Settings: We need shaders supported for all platforms.
Motion Blur: The player's POV blurs when they move their camera fast. (The blur strength should be changeable).
C O N T R O L S
Controller Settings: For controller settings, we need the same optimization found in FPS games. The ones we need are the ability to change our controller's dead zone (for each thumbstick) and the ability to change the X and Y sensitivity. This would be huge for PvP on a controller and will make us almost the same level as a PC player. Another thing is hotbar shortcuts, by pressing a preferred button on our controller will let us select a hotbar of our choice. For example, the X button will let me select the 4th slot on the Hotbar letting me easily PvP
Mobile settings: I think mobile players need higher sensitivity like from 1-150 or 1-200 and they should be able to rearrange the buttons on the screen.
Auto Sprint: The player sprints when you move.
These things would make the game fun and optimizable so please vote!
