The new Copper Bulbs have been an exciting new component for the Redstone community. It functions like a single block toggle flip-flop (T flip-flop) and is a transparent block, meaning that redstone signals can't go through them. This has already been used to make compact pixel displays.
However, a lesser known property of the Copper Bulb was that prior to Snapshot 23w46a, it had a 1 tick delay. Now, it has a 2 tick delay, and I think you should consider changing it back to its 1 tick delay. Redstone normally runs at 10 ticks per second, however the game runs at 20 ticks per second. This means that a 1 tick delay copper bulb allows us to create redstone delays that are two times faster than traditional redstone. I understand that you changed the tick delay of the copper bulbs to be consistent with other redstone components, but many players love new quirky redstone components like this one. The 1 tick delay copper bulb may have a learning curve for players, but that's just normal with any redstone. It takes patience to learn, but it's fun to get unique game mechanics that can be incorporated into our creative projects.
I personally used copper bulbs to make tighter note block music. This change has the potential for so much more creativity. You also changed the cooldown for the Crafter, but I think that was a fair change since the crafter offers other cool gimmicks. It was unrealistic to be crafting that fast anyways. Please consider reverting the copper bulb delay.
