2 ticks of delay in the copper bulb is fine

I'm all for changing the delay of the copper bulb to 2 game ticks. We'd all love a simple way to get a 1 tick delay, but the copper bulb isn't the right place for it IMO, for a few reasons:

  • It doesn't make sense for the bulb to be faster than, say, a redstone lamp.
  • If the bulb is used heavily in redstone devices, they'll produce a lot of lag from lighting updates. It'll be used regardless as a flip-flop, but with a 1-tick delay it's also optimal in signal lines, and those should produce as little lag as possible.

No one would be begging for a 1-tick delay in the copper bulb if we hadn't already seen it in action. Stick to your guns. Keep the game well-designed.
