Copper Bulb Delay

Today's snapshot (23w46a) changed ticking behavior of the copper bulb to be slower for the sake of consistency. The Crafter block was affected as well. While the Crafter block change makes sense and is likely for the best, the Copper Bulb change should be reverted.

    I agree that the copper bulb delay should stay at 1 tick delay.  this opens up the possibility of a lot of new cool Redstone contraptions and we already have plenty of other blocks that do 2 tick updates (note blocks for example)
