Copper Grates and Water Physics

I think water should actually be able to travel through the copper grate, if there is at least a little bit of water on top of the copper grate, it should travel through and repeat that same water level. The copper gate can still be waterlogged though. This could extend to lava, but I don't think items should pass through them, unless it's through a hopper.

  If bubbles passed through them, you could make bubble elevators with different levels.
