Reduce Tick Delay for Copper Bulbs, Crafters, Dispensers and Droppers

Hi everyone. I kind of do redstone, and I've been experimenting with copper bulbs and crafters in technical builds. Recently, though, we've received a new change in Minecraft 1.21 that's imposed more of them unfairly. - and also broken 7 or so redstone contraptions in my survival world. Crafters and Copper Bulbs now have a tick delay - so now everyone's builds are slow as heck and need to be reworked. Not cool.

I propose only one simple change. Remove this new tick delay from Crafters and Copper bulbs, just like it was before this new snapshot. It may be controversial, but I know it'll only take a few minutes to make this change, and it would mean a lot to me and many others.

And while you're at it, could you reduce them for dispensers and droppers as well? I really dislike these limits to how fast you can go with your builds. I don't think this change would break any builds, and again, would be a quick fix.

    The copper bulb delay needs to be reverted back from two ticks to one tick...

    Copper bulbs lost their delay. It needs to be 1gt again.

    I kind of think it'd be 30 minutes since Mojang still hand codes their features since, let's face it, JavaScript's a nightmare. 
    Regardless of that though, I wholly agree with your statement.
