New changes to Crafter and Bulb tick rates

In the latest snapshot, copper bulbs were changed from one tick to 2 ticks, or one redstone tick. The appeal of the copper bulbs was making redstone contraptions fire at odd tick intervals. This change, putting them in line with other redstone blocks at 2 ticks, is devastating, because it means our double framerate screens and smooth piston doors are now broken. I hope you revert this change, as the prospect of halving redstone intervals was extremely exciting for us in the redstone community.

  The copper bulb delay needs to be reverted back from two ticks to one tick...

  I agree. The copper bulb and crafter were way more interesting with the lower tick dellay, from what i saw ot allowed for some amazing (and fast) contraptions and now for the crafter the contraptions would need to factor in that it can get refilled faster than it can spit out the items, causing some contraptions to possibly break

  btw it 0 ticks not 2 the thing is that its been changed to an even tick delay
