Be able to go back to older versions of bedrock in the launcher

It just does not feel right to not be able to

    Some people don’t use the launcher, like mobile and console players. Maybe instead of doing it in the launcher, we could do it in the game itself, in settings.

    That would leave out the console and mobile players. Not everyone can afford a PC.
