Wrench

I know there are other posts with the same idea, but I want to describe it more thoroughly.

The wrench would work like the debug stick from Java Edition, but only for some blocks, specifically rails and redstone components like pistons and observers. For rails, it changes the orientation of the rails, and for redstone components it changes their direction.

The reason to add the wrench would be to make it easier to build tracks and redstone circuits in tight spaces in survival mode.
