Desert Trees

Add dead trees to the desert and mesa biome. They should have branch blocks instead of leaves, and a new dead wood set. This would really improve survival in a desert or mesa biome.

    What if they made desert oases and had palm trees spawn around those?

    I think palm trees will be better in a beach biome, dead trees will be better in a desert.
