an Item Filter based on shape of items

Since Mojang likes to add things that help quality of life, while still making kind of original stuff, i got an idea of item filtering that would not make things that easy while being a game changer: shape based item filtering.

There would be a new item, maybe, that would support the use of [copper] shape patterns that are used as filters. This item could either be a hopper upgrade or a completely new concept.

The shape-based filtering while still relying on some logic, allows non-stackable items to be filtered.

I know, we know, that Allays could be used for that. However, they are more like go catch that for me pets, being fit for things like, for instance, open kitchen and sniffer ranches, where eggs are dropped on the ground and sometimes go unseen.
