Firestorm Breeze

A Firestorm Breeze could be an alternate kind of Breeze that has fire on their attacks. This attack would have the normal effects of a Breeze attack, but it would also have an additional effect that has a chance to set the player on fire. These would spawn when a Breeze is hurt by a fire, lava, a fire aspect sword, flame arrows, etc., in a similar matter to how charged creepers spawn. The Firestorm Breeze could also have a Breeze texture that's recolored to be more like a fire. A Firestorm is a phenomenon that happens when a large fire, like a forest fire, is so intense that it creates and sustains its own wind system.

It seems like you are just describing a blaze. Although I like the idea that a breeze would turn into a blaze when struck by lightning.
