Planting with Dispensers

Dispensers should be able to plant seeds and saplings if the appropriate conditions are met.

    No, that's too overpowered.

    However, making villagers or mobs be able to do this is a better idea

    As response to the comment above: letting villagers do the hard work for you is a mean thing to do. It's like villager slavery.
