Block Rotation Lock Key

This would be a key you can set that could lock the direction a block is facing in as you place it. This would allow you to place blocks in a set rotation regardless of which direction the player is facing, which can be useful in places like redstone contraptions with very little clearance.

For example, if you wanted to place repeaters that only face north, you could face north and hit the key. Until you hit the key again, all the repeaters you place in your world would face north, no matter which direction you're facing when you place it.
