Right Click for Pickaxe to Turn Directional Blocks

Currently, there is no action for right clicking with a pickaxe. I think this could be used for turning directional blocks, stairs, and rails. This would make building roofs with stairs way easier since you wouldn't have to get into weird orientations to place them correctly, make placing rails less annoying since they have a tendency to snap to the wrong adjacent rail, and make it simple to arrange directional blocks like glazed terracotta without having to break and replace them.
