Command block level permissions

Both on java and bedrock should be an way to change the permissions on command blocks, it really sucks not being allowed to not use /ban or /tick. That takes a way a huge chunk of commands freedom in minecraft, the /tick itself could make countless things, but it is disabled for "prevent abuse", but that is the staff of the server or world, not be an feature. Being a feature limits to everyone. Whats the point of having 4 levels of permission if you cant change them for one of the most important minecraft blocks on creative?

    There are already plenty of ways to abuse command blocks as is. Being able to do /tick wouldn't be too much worse. Plus it would unlock tons of possibilities for map makers and datapack creators.
