Crab & Penguin Addition From The 2023 Mob Vote To 1.21 Update

Hello Minecraft I saw the Mobvote and I was unhappy with crab and penguin getting wiped out so I send this suggestion to include the crab and penguin from the mobvote and add them to the 1.21 update. The amount of revolution happening cuz of the armadillo winning is massive so if u add the penguin and the crab the community might chill.
