Block Rotation Device

Everyone is excited about the autocrafter and the fact you can toggle copper lamps However, I think there's another object that would absolutely revolutionise redstone - a tool block that can rotate blocks among the horizontal axis. I imagine it would be something that doesn't take up a whole block, for the purposes of rotating decorative blocks that are tricky to place (looking at you glazed terracotta) so you can see the direction it's pointing It could be activated manually by right clicking or automated with a redstone pulse This would COMPLETELY flip the current redstone meta on it's head, the possibilities would be endless, especially with the autocrafter
