Oceans and Islands Update

Oceans and Islands would be an addition to the world of minecraft that would take players to the seas! As of right now, I only ever see the "ocean" areas get used for Sea Temples, Sunken Wrecks, and underwater bases. I think that making a deeper ocean biome with more resources and exploration would be a fantastic addition. To pair with this, island biomes should be added as well that players can sail too and explore. As a secondary portion to sailing, more boat types should be added for crafting to allow for easier transport of materials, as well as easier exploration. These additions would allow for a plethora of new crafting and mobs to add to the game.
