Apple Trees?

Here's an interesting idea, I think it'd be cool to be able to grow a tree that yields extra apples! Maybe it could be similar to pumpkin or melon with using one to make seeds then planting those to make an apple tree! Apples aren't very common right now, I usually only see one every once in a great while, I wouldn't normally consider it but apples are actually pretty rare in that regard, more apples would be nice, they're not the best food source but it'd still be cool to be able to make more golden apples at the end of the day!
