Magic Weapon that uses XP

Minecraft is lacking a weapon or and item thats missing especially for endgame where people have to mich XP points. The Idea is that there will be some sort of magic item that uses up ur XP points when using. As an example a magic wand that shoots a lightning or fire, crocodile bites like the other Magic mobs. Teleports a player but without taking damage or even summon some Entities. I feel like this would be a great addition to the Minecraft endgame where the game starts to feel useless in terms of Weapons and Xp points even if there is mending with am XP farm there is way too much XP around that u wont use at all. Magic Items could be a reward as the elytra that can be found in the End or even if there is going to be another dimension with the ancient city. There could be varaiaty of magic items that could be attached to a stick or to a certain item or could even be used with redstone if u combine XP-Bottles with a Magic item inside a redstone machine that could automatically be a fireshooting trap or summon stuff etc.
