Just for if you guys ever resume biome votes, here are some ideas you could use.
-Jungle: Adds a variety of flowers such as the Bromeliad, the Heliconia, and a number of others, but also adds a variety of bugs to add ambience alongside a new mob: the Chameleon, which hunts these bugs and can be tamed, used to deter spiders and silverfish (also eating silverfish like how frogs eat small slimes), and camouflage on different blocks or change color based on dye they’re given to add a variety of customization options.
-Tundra: Adds better snow buildup as well as a new variety of blocks and variants of the biome to make it feel less boring while also coming with a new mob: the Lemming, a feisty defensive rodent that is capable of scaring off Strays with their calls and will even deter Phantoms if they appear, in which they can also be tamed with Grass and kept around to protect players from similarly sized threats.
-Beach: Adds clams, shells, and new sand variants to beaches while also adding sediment that works similarly to mud and is also home to a new mob that lives within the shallow beach waters: the Stingray, a defensive mob that will sting players that run or sprint over it, in which the only way to not get hurt by it is to sneak over it, but also can be befriended with enough clams and be brought along for extra defense against aquatic threats much like the Axolotl as well as occasionally shed their barbs, which can be used to craft a new arrow variant.
Hope this helps.
