Copper oxidization

Since there is a way to remove oxidization on copper, I think there should be a way to easily oxidize it as well. My suggestion to do this would be with the use of water bottles to oxidize one block at a time and a splash water bottle to oxidize multiple blocks at one time. (You could make it so you need to throw a splash bottle multiple times for it to work. another idea is instead of oxidizing all blocks in the splash zone, maybe only have half of them affected which could also cause the player to use multiple bottles) I also think that players would be more willing to build with oxidized copper since the time it would take to make the block would be significantly reduced. One more thing, since 1.21 will introduce more copper blocks, I think adding this feature to that update would make a lot of sense.
