Changes to the Breeze Mob

Minecraft Live 2023 announced a new mob called the breeze that was supposed to spawn in the new trial chamber structures.  However, I think that this mob should spawn in other areas besides those structures as it is a fun and creative mob.  That being said, I think these mobs should also be able to spawn on the surface during thunderstorms.  I think that because thunderstorms are generally windy, it would make sense that a wind mob would spawn.

    I kinda want the texture changed to something less mod-looking

    I really just want the mob to have the animations of the blaze, the new animations make the mob seem like it was made by a content creator and not the developers, the animation is nice but it's unnecessary.
