the stormy flatlands biome

so its flat will a few hills and the chance of a thunder storm spawning there is 82% chance and during the thunder storm a creature called the kibloorie kib-loo-rie it big big monter that two thunderous tails htat shoot lightning at you it is best to not get to close because it throws you ten blocks away from it 60 health points so thats 30 hearts  it is 7 blocks tall and 3 blocks wide it moves three blocks per second but if its runing it moves 5 blocks per second so watch out out its big fast and strong

    maybe make this a boss in the end or sum instead of a totally new biome?it seems like the boss is the only reason this biome exists
