We need more farming implications! The current system is very repetitive, and with little reward for small farms! I would really love to see a lot more seeds and plants, some rarer than others. I also love the idea of having to travel the world to collect all the different crops, with possibly a unique crop for every biome. Something like bananas only spawning in jungles, rice only spawning in savannas, peaches only spawning in birch forests, and stuff like that! I would also really like to see some ways expanding on already-existing items, such as apples getting their own tree. Another idea I had was possibly farming mutation? For example, if you planted two specific crops next to each other, they'd have a rare chance of mutating into a better and more health-generating food item. One last thing I had in mind were rarer and possibly fictional crops. For example, there could be a crop found very rarely in the deep darks, and in very liminal amounts, that you could grow, but when planted and harvested, it would have a few rare chance of dropping more than 1 seed, so having a field of this plant could be a huge accomplishment, and the items could probably be pretty useful. I've always wanted crops to have more uses than just food, anyway.
