    Hmm interesting concept personally I feel there should be some form of risk while enchanting (getting curses) but I felt like being able to remove curses with the anvil is op maybe adding a mob like villagers but not villagers that will sell you a tool without a curse for emeralds or another currency and the item with the curse. And for treasure enchants I agree with making them more accessible but as like a feature you can switch on and off because treasure enchants are treasure for a reason so maybe on peaceful mode you can get them. But the system of being able to enchant over and over but with a penalty is cool.
