Yes, we all know Mob Votes. Every year, the community is able to vote for 1 of 3 mobs, which are revealed usually around 10 days before the event. But this is concerning, and totally dividing the minecraft users.
First problem relates to, obviously, opinnions and preferences. We know the point of this events is to see different things the players would like in the game, but also makes that, because of the favourite mob of each person, the enjoyers of the 2 losing options will get annoyed or even sad, knowing that, maybe, his new favourite mob could have been added to the game, but will never come again. They see what they could have had, and they wouldn't be as happy as the people who liked the winner.
Second place, the unbalanced information of each creature. Example, last year's mob vote had three mobs. First, the Sniffer, from the one we got information about where we find it, how, it's size, it's design, and it's loot (plants). On the other side, we had Rascal and Tuff Golem. Their information? Design and utilities/loot, and even from those 2 topics, not everything was shown. Example: the Tuff Golem wasn't announced having their hability to get one on top of each other, or to recolour their skin. And, by the rascal, we didn't know it's loot, but a pickaxe. Obviosly, people would vote for the mob they were the most sure that was going to be the expected
Then; what would I do? I would either add the three of the mobs, or delay the release from the losers, but not delete them.
