Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Rare, but powerful artifacts

Add artifacts and one new slot for artifact in inventory. For each structure chance to find an artifact = 30%.

Artifacts can improve you health, armor, or damage, or add new abilities to you, like life steal, magic resistance or reflect damage chance. Each artifact grants a buff and a debuff (e.g. increases your damage by 4 but reduces your speed for 20%)
