"The Harsh Reality
It's essential to understand that Minecraft is not a realistic game, and focusing on realism strips away the essence of fantasy, making the game monotonous. The removal of creative mobs like the firefly or the green axolotl goes against Minecraft's imaginative nature.
My Approach
Adding new structures: Introducing new structures or ruins in biomes to make them more interesting and challenging. Increasing the diversity of flora and fauna: Adding a wider variety of plants and animals to each biome. Random events: Introducing unexpected events or unique weather conditions in certain biomes. Exclusive resources: Making each biome offer unique resources to encourage exploration and trade. The importance of setting in fauna
Imagine an unkillable flying whale with a structure on its back. Or giant trees in swamps that allow navigation beneath their branches. Even mobs that guide you to ancient structures or tricksters in the marsh.
The danger of staying the same
If Minecraft continues on its current path, it would risk losing out to games like Hytale that embrace fantasy. Minecraft has focused too much on realism, and removing mob votes would be a step in the right direction. Instead of dividing the community, launching new mobs with simpler and more accessible mechanics each year wouldn't be a problem.
Revitalizing biomes is essential to restore Minecraft's fantasy essence and keep it exciting. We hope that developers take this call seriously
