Add a dragon as a pet you can tame

Basically this pet is obtained from a new dragon boss found in the basalt deltas biome. Defeating this boss drops a new dragon egg, except you can hatch this egg. To hatch it, you simply place it on a 3 by 3 magma block platform in the overworld. To tame it, just feed it some cooked porkchops. You do need a saddle to ride it, but there are many ways to get them so it shouldn't be a problem.
