Faster Minecarts

A lot of ppl want faster Minecarts so here is a good idea. Add a new crafting recipe for faster Minecarts instead of just making normal Minecarts faster and making them drift in turns like you did before. The crafting recipe could be something like a Minecart and 2 diamonds and 3 redstone or something or just a recipe to craft rails that makes Minecarts faster like the powered rails but even better or upgrade the powered rails to make them faster but with a more expensive recipe I think this will balance everything
