Advancement reward

Advancement completion should be rewarded after completing them all. It takes a lot of time and resources to complete them all. 

Upon completing them all, the player should receive a special cape or a glint color thats only achievable through 100% advancement completion. 

I feel that if a reward system were to be implemented, more players would try to complete them all.
