Add ability for resource packs to have separate model for gui and handheld.

Both the spyglass and the trident have a 2d icon in the inventory. When holding either in your hand, it shows their 3d model. I believe this behaviour is hardcoded into the game.

I'd like for this to be a feature resource packs can use as well. It would allow for more customisation while still tying in with the Minecraft feel.

In my case, I'm working on a really cool flying broom. The 3d model is tricky to see in the hotbar though. This would be the perfect solution.

In the model JSON there are fields for 'rotation', 'translation', and 'scale'. Perhaps a 'texture' field can be added that links to a separate texture.

    This would make using 3D items models for weapons and the like fit better within Minecraft as it would just let you blend it better with the pre established 3D items
