This is an idea that I've had for a while: what if there were an uncraftable item, only found in a certain chest, that would work as a late-game axe. Enter the saw. Mostly found in pillager outposts and ruined nether portals, it would have a maximum of 150 durability. When used on a wood block, it would also destroy all would blocks above it, similar to bamboo and sugarcane. To make it less OP, it could not be enchanted with mending, or multiple enchantments. It would also mine slower the less durability it had, showing it wearing down. This would be needed in-game because it would provide a late-game alternative to axes, which are nice, but inefficient. It would also provide lore, considering the player couldn't make it, but would be found in other civilizations' architecture. We need this because it would reward players who cared about finding one in the first place with a luxury beyond what could be accomplished by themselves. In short, this is a needed feature for Minecraft.
