new equipment/usable block for building

hello I posted a picture in a Minecraft fan group I'm in on Facebook just for a laugh but people actually seem to like the idea of bedrock blocks and equipment so I was thinking maybe introducing a new type of extreme rare enchantment that you can only get from defeating the wither that will let you mine bedrock and to make it so it's not too over powered I was thinking maybe make it have the exact same stats as regular stone or iron but make it unbreakable but it can't be given higher than level 2 enchantments and as a building block it should also be unbreakable just like it usually is and to make sure you cant fall through the map you can only mine 10 blocks down once you hit bedrock then you're unable to dig any further
