Tool Trims

Add tool/sword specific trims, and enable trims to be put on elytra.

    Absolutely. When you have got far into the game that all toola and weapons are netherite but you use different enchantments for different ones, a trim would be really helpful.
    I'd suggest a handle trim and a blade/toolhead trim. Wo you could have two different trims per item.
