add the spruce bog biome

this biome would be made out of peat moss, black spruce, shrubs, graminoids and the biome should have creeks, puddles, ponds and lily pads also mobs like the spruce grouse, wolfs, black bears, golden crowned knight, swamp sparrow, common yellowthroats, mooses and more types of birds.
