Growing Glowstone

In the Nether glowstone is at the top, why is that, I think it should grow from a specific block, or in a specific way, like a glowshroom on stalactite, it would make less sense but gives the player to make it

    No need, it is already easily farmable. It's a crystalline rock not a plant.
