Difficult Mode "Reality"

I'd like to have a Mode between "Friendly" and "Easy". In this "Reality-Mode" are no hostile Mobs like Zombies or Creeper, but if you punch a Wolf or a Bear, he'll attack you. Also you will get hungry.
