A new enchantment idea

this would be a new shield only exclusive where when you use the place block button with a shield on your offhand and any tool or non placeable item in your hand you could dash like a goat. This enchantment could be called something like fleet then the number and each level up is either a greater knock back on the target or a farther reach of the dash, or both. And each time could take away durability from the shield if it hit a target, if not then it doesn’t
