There are many problems with allowing hoppers to feed and take items out of Ender Chests, but these problems only really apply to servers with multiple players. What I am proposing is that when a world only has one player in it, this interaction would be enabled. The second another player enters that world, however, the interaction will immediately be disabled. This will stop players from stealing valuable items from other players while simultaneously allowing for more interesting Ender Chest related gameplay, if only for single player.
