    If Minecraft had built-in voice chat, more people would use Minecraft Realms instead of external servers.
    It would make Realms more attractive for friends playing together.

    i think it is only nessisary to have it in the upcoming party system for bedrock. like you click join party and then youll get a prompt for voice chat if the host acctivated it. idk for java.

    Would be cool if it also was proximity based voice chat. It would be an immersive multiplayer experience.

This would allow cross-platform friends to communicate instantly without relying on heavy third-party applications like Discord, which can cause lag on lower-end mobile devices.
