3FA Accounts and 2FA Mandatory

I don't think 2FA accounts are still secure indeed,however I would like to have 3FA Accounts,which is way more secure than 2FA,and make it mandatory aswell,because it didn't make Then fully protected,besides after migrating to microsoft,someone had also been hacked due to no 2FA

  Ideas for the third factor would be:

  • An additional password.
  • An additional security code.
  • A security question.
  • A PIN.
  • Any sub-game where a certain amount of points must be scored to authenicate.
  • A test on any knowledge where the test must pass to authenticate, maybe with limited tries before all authentication must be done from the beginning.
